We would also like to add that not completely favourable reviews, if driven by positive spirit and not by controversy and tantrums, are a stimulus for our four-star hotel to find qualitatively superior solutions: very often, in fact, our guests can see well things that might improve and that we cannot see just because they are under our eyes every day.
